Commitments not Honoured by Builder

Review On Goel Ganga Group

I had Purchased Flat from Goel Ganga Group in his Scheme Swarganga at Pimpri Pune. During purchase Builder had shown very Good Animated Presentation withNumber of Amenities, After Complete Receipt of Payment & Possessionin all Flats he is not Ready to Construct Committed Amenities. EvenBuilder in Not Ready to Speak to Residents.

He answer for allEnquiries is that he will not provided any Amenity what so even isConstructed in More than Enough. Even he is not ready to CreateResident Welfare Association & Hand Over Society to RWA. DuringBooking of Flat Goel Ganga Group had charged each Resident 55000 Rs as Advance Maintenance. After Charging such a Hefty Amount he not evenmaintaining Society Properly. My Serious Suggestion to All Planning toBuy Flat from Goel Ganga Group Should look for other Options Also.

Even when I had contacted Bank of Baroda to Switch my Home Loan to there Bank they had refused to do so just because of Reason that Goel Ganga Group is Black Listed with Bank. You can Imagine Track Record of Builder which had Forced a Nationalised Bank Offering Minimum Rate of Interest to take that Decision.
