I would like to write a review about this developers. I had stayed in this apartment for about 9 months with my family.

Initially they told many good things about this apartment and was trustworthy. After 3 months we understood their real face. They are not maintaining the building and rooms properly. Before accommodating in this apartment they told that they should paint and check all the equipments, pipe, electric wires etc in every six months. But they didn't even check it after 9 months.

The Internet connection is very poor and charging more amount on that. The generator is not working properly. Many days we stayed at apartment with no power. I felt more difficulty at that time. For maintainance if we are calling them they should come after three or four days.

The trash disposal is very irritating. They are not cleaning the dumped trashes and because of that it spreads the bad smell all over the apartment surroundings. This irritated our guests many times.

We complained this issues to their management many times but from their side it was not a good response and telling unwanted reasons. After 9th month they increased the rent without any predictions and disappointed us.

In the agreement they didn't tell about rental hike. For one year it should be the same. For us it was not affordable and moved to another good apartment which is far better than this.

So overall we are not happy with their service and environment. It was very noisy and not comfortable for kids too.
