This is one of the biggest mistakes of my life to go with this builder.

Builder promised so many things and charged for things that he didnt deliver.

Never ever book property with this builder.

I booked flat in Jan 2012  and expected posession was dec 2014, but got actual

posession in june 2014, that too when I got the posession, flat was not complete

lot of maintenance and renovation work was pending in the flat, I had to run

here and there to get the basic things done in the apartment, forget about the

luxury amenities that builder promised.

So just Skip this builder, worst among worst builder, better stay on rent.
