Ganga Vertica - Lack of commitment and response

I purchased this a flat in Ganga Vertica in Aug/Sep 2011, with a commitment of completion in Jan 2012 and handover for staying by March 2012. This it self was a delay from the initial project completion date on 2010 - But I am not bothered about that delay as I bought the same post that and commitments to me were of March 2012.

However, post the purchase, there has been very poor response. Failed commitment on every committed date (Jan 2012, then march 2012, then April, July 2012, then before diwali 2012, then Dec 2012.

I have been to their office every week from Aug 2011 to May 2012 as I stay close by. They sweet talk and say next week, next month...when you send a written mail, no response. The VP - Anup has no courtesy whatsoever. he is rude, and says, "I do not respond to emails, as I have other work. My sales guys will respond as it is they who sold the house to you".

Also, when asked for the compensation for the delay, they say I can sell back the flat and they would pay 12% on the purchase price...and not the current market price...they think we are fools. Let me know, if anyone else has had such experience. It is time to take them to court and seek compensation.
