Even did not refund chq amount encashed by mistake

Please beware, They never refund booking amounts in its whole, They never return the cheques encashed by mistake for VAT amount even though there is no purchase transaction made(Cheque was given for hold until the final decision), Screwed my life to get the partial booking amount, Cheques encashed even after hold request. Beware of goel ganga group.

They are the plunders one or the other way, once money encashed into their account or cheques received they are out of your hold. they have pseudo representatives in the name of marketing guys who will deny of any responsibility for the VAT amount cheques encashed by mistake for no agreement transactions done. They say it was paid to the government even though there is no agreement signed. Not the right kind of builder to deal with.
