In nutshell I can say. they are Great Cheaters in Developers history. Most unprofessional people with full of rude behaviors. They know the full trick of looting people and getting an upper hand of their weakness. Due to lack of govt. regulation in builder industry( which I am sure going to come soon in ref. to TOI recent article) they will show you something and deliver something else.

They never return booking amount if you cancel.

They don't deliver in time.

They don’t' behave like a human being.

Still if you book then you forget the handover date as there is no such handover dates. it may range from 3 - 6 years for small projects.

Think 1000 times before buying from them. Its your money and as a customer we should be well aware of our rights and our returns. If someone is trying to cheat us we have every right to knock the door of consumer court. Don’t fear and make groups to do the same. Now even Bangalore Police commissioner is supporting this move and any such builders with this kind of motive, they are extending their helping hand.
