We bought a house at "Ganga Chelston" being built by "Goel Ganga" some time back with the builder promising possession in Aug 2007. We are into Dec 2008 and the project is no where near completion.

Worse, the management is not only unresponsive but also in-sincere in getting the project to completion. Every month they give a new date which points to "NIL" project management. Not only that, they increased the no, of floors after selling to the initial buyers!

To harass the initial buyers, they have started giving possession of the flats with out completing the exterior..there is no landscaping, no garden no paly area, no swimming pool etc..which is far away from being developed.

I have heard of similar experiences from other owners of the apartments in Pune, where they are head quarted. Anyone willing to buy the flat from the builder anywhere in the country should definitely visit the site and talk to few owners or write to GangaChelston@yahoogroups.com.
