One of the best Township and by far the most customer centric company I have ever experienced. I live in one of Godrej's Property and I had a small issue. What glad me is that the whole issue was resolved in mere a couple a minutes by Ms. Niharika Kaushik. I was amazed how thoroughly my query was understood and it was resolved within no time with too my satisfaction. If one is thinking for Godrej. Go for it. Life gives you many problems, Godrej ain't one of them.

P.S. - I am not in any manner associated with Marketing team of Godrej. It's sheer experience talking.

Trust: Almost 120 years

Expectations: A good product which values the money

Actual: Delivered frustration, cheap quality, confusing registration terms, and worst construction material

I am resident at Godrej Garden city, just bought a new flat there(Posting my possession letter), except the onboarding process after paying money was something which you can feel of, but why I paid money there is to get an awesome, fresh and appealing home.

During the first process they kept me in dark and told me that the banks will finance on the costing they given to me, but during the loan process I came to know that bank will only finance on the basic cost, they will not pay for everything like club memberships and parking space. I ended up paying 30% of my payment from my bank account, which might not feasible for everyone.

Then after paying my money, they took me to flat for inspection, and obviously, within 20 minutes, you cannot check every tile, flush, lighting board and door. There were two defects which I told them, one was a tile broken which they fixed with different color tile(quite silly this is) and second was flush not working which the fixed then, but I have to call every second day their plumber to get it working.

Anyways lets take a possession now, after possession I found there were so many issues, doors upper layer was pilling off, one door was filled with white cement I think 8 to 10cm area was broken I think and they covered it with white cement(Attached in image) 8-10 tiles were struck with hammer I think, main door camera fitting was I think cut to fir a NASA vision camera there.

Every plumber, carpenter which I call from outside, keeps telling that they never saw such a worst quality of construction anywhere in Ahmedabad, and why not they showed me the material after drilling my RO space, there I think no cement or very less cement used(I think keeping in mind Fat-Free they introduced Cement-Free construction).

They tell us the construction is done by L&T which seems doubtful of maybe even L&T was compromised due to their cost plan.

My experience with Godrej is worst of all the time, frustrating than all other things, disappointing like anything. Most of the people only by their home once in lives, but what if they get such a poor "Gugar" delivered.

I can afford the frustration and cost, but not everybody can. I recommend not to buy your dream home here. There are plenty of many good schemes which you can buy and enjoy their life there.

My friend advised me to book this flat and our family aggres after visiting this property and that was a good choice because it gives us full satisfaction .all the basic facilities will be available their. And the behaviour of the owner is decent and friendly. Atmosphere of the building of our flat is worthy. Our flat will be fully furnished. I hope I get good results here.the old families staying in old buildings of godrej are happy and satisfied so we also took this decision and decided to book these flats.i hope my review is valuable for you. Hi this is santanu today I m giving feedback on sodepur godrej prakriti.my own brother has possessed a flat here.from his point of views I m saying .pros.attractive peaceful clean clear atmosphere well maintained u will feel like foreign country .cons.inside of flat not so attractive anything u if want to introduce or renovate in the flat u should take the repairman or labours from the authority even if u dont like the service of that authority provided service man .u cant bring from outside.besides u can observe groupism in housing management authority .pricing is too high .long time between booking and delivery and after booking u are not allowed to visit ur property .single people feeling too lonely and helpless as residents are not helpful showing attitude richness that is avoided by a family man but not by a single man or woman .community hall swiming pool gym are ok as usual sodepur rly stn ya govt hospital not near to this property but bus root is near .anyway if u want to stay isolated with privacy if u trust in showing offf and want to stay in maintained environment heartless environment u may proceed to buy the property.

My uncle has booked apartment here, really classy. you can never doubt brands like godrej. I have seen godrej aprtments in Hebbal banaglore as well where my aunt is currently residing is just superb. Also rooms are very spacious. You can find lawn to roam around and eminities. Godrej will always maintain the quality with the cost. Also if you go for other private builders then you may not know whether its genuine or not. But builders like godrej are known across country.please go for it.they are simply superb. You have all the emenities in inside itself.Total Appartments are 600 in number and you will get 2 bhk, 2.5 bhk and 3 bhk as well. prices will vary based on number of bedrooms and sq mts area. this property inclused 24Hr Backup, Basket Ball Court, Club House, Gymnasium, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Rain Water Harvesting, Swimming Pool, Indoor Games, Recreation Facilities etc. You dont have to go outside weekends

Godrej name is enough to buy independent flats . In flats all facilities are there like water electricity, space of flats , vastu , plumbing . All are very good 100/- water facility I confirmed. For security it's very strict I liked in all apartment .the best is in this is they give advantage for nature and peace . They build very big compounds no fear for baby kidnapping and other criminal activities. Legaly they have their own team team behaviour very good promptly. They respect all. Gudluck for next future .

I was Living near Godrej Garden city. I was looking daily at this city when construction was running. I dream to live there. so I go there and checkthe quality of construction as my father is also in construction work. Plaster and Chantar is very good . and when I enter the city, I was like that I am in heaven. Such a beautiful place to live. Also tiles quality are very good.

I suggest to visit atleast once. you will love it.

Horrible experience with the entire Godrej team in Bangalore, their management team like Sameer Adya, and the staff take the buyers to ride, they give a damn to the people who patiently beg behind them to get the unit registered . .They have taken 32 lakhs from me in Jan 18 its been 2 months, the entire Godrej team hitting us like a football, they have created so much mental agony to me and our family to get the unit registered .We have been begging behind them after paying such a huge money .Please do not even think to buy from these people .In the name of Godrej, they harass us .And they think, they can do any thing they want .

I COMPAINED against Godrej properties, the person from company insisted on my number and later called me only to find out on pretex what points I had against them and if I had any valid proofs and started defending the company of its actions, shesaid she is a neutral person, but was in no way neutral and without resolving theissue, next provided a companymail id to state my issue To which I had allredy mailed many times, the company takes advantage of this website to get knowledge of what points are there against them and how they can defend themselves in future, so please beware unless you want to give them a good hearing, but will not resolve

Creat fake hype when calling customer that their rates are increasing next day and whole world running to purchase their apartment, only last few left and use fake marketing gimmics without providing any consolidate data the very first time of call to customer, they create urgency tactics and try making customers part with their money so they get stuck, their agents behave like roadside callers trying to grab people young or old, this is my personal experience every time I get a call from their agent "last one left ", I told one if people are standing in que to purchase then why calling me!

Fellow men, I would like to caution you all about the expectations you may bestow with the brand Godrej!

The team out here are just selling the brand and taking out the premium which not even a local builder dare to do!

First Hit-Sales person offered gold coin for booking, denied later by her manager as I dont have any proof other than her whatzap messages.

Second Hit-The estimate shared by Godrej didint have the registeration cost which was not accounted by the financier for loan processing.Payment delayed and I got the mail for interest penalty.

Third Hit-As promised by the sales person the possession was scheduled in June and never happened.

Fourth Hit-The postponed date of December is communicated and never happened.

Fifth Hit-I received the communication finally for possession in January.I contacted the customer centricity team.they abused me!Asked me to check my inbox daily for updation.rather threatened me!

Sixth Hit-I wrote to the salaried class in Godrej and realized they wont speak to customers!

Service Brief:

I have booked a flat in Godrej Summit in 2013 while you representive was in Dubai on 25-75% payment plan.

I made the payment f 25% and receive the demad letter in July 2017 for balance 75% payment.

Due to serious fall in the real estate I have requested for the below two options.



  1. Cancel my booking and forfit 20% earnest money and refund the balace amount.



  2. Give some discount on the Value so that its inline with market and I will take bank loan to make payment.





None of request was considered and I have been send reminder again and again for payment.

Now in December I have received the termination and suprisingly I was given the reason that I was offrred the rebate of Rs. 1000 PSQT(Total approx 17 lacs) and

I have not agree on it. While no such offer was made to me .

I have informed by mail Mrs. Chamanpreet Kaur on Dec 16 , 2017 that I have never received any rebate offer otherwise I would have cleared the balance payment.

She called me December 20th and said that Godrej will offer a discount of 17 Lacs and I should apply for bank loan approval.

On 21st December, I have contacted ICICI bank Dubai office for the same and applied for Home loan and paid processing fee.

Now for my surprise again today again I receive mail from her that rebate cannot be offered and we will go ahead with termination and forfeit 36 Lacs.

This bring me now no trust in Godrej Properties Customer Service and I need some Senior Management intervention to look in to the full details of the case.

I am ready to loose my 20% basic rate value which comes out to be 26 lacs as Earnest money as per my contract and balance 13 lacs should be refunded.

Their customer Services staff keep changing their statement and never listen to customers.

I have visited many times in godrej I have seen flats they only have 3 bhk available that too was very conjusted the rooms were small but the surroungings were clean and well maintained and most of all greenary inside locality of godrej anandam was great quality of flats were good but not well equipped overall it was a great experience being there . security that they have is mindblowing anybody cannot enter just like this

And 24hr electric backup or 24hr security guard and club house sweming pool and good locality it is good godrej properties in nagpur it is profitable property

I am an NRI living in Singapore and invested in Godrej United during pre-launch phase in Oct 2014. It was agreed that it would launched by Dec 2014 else I can take my booking amount back along with interest. They never returned my money and kept on pushing me to hold it for some more time. Finally I got the confirmation letter after exactly 2 year in Oct 2016. Then they sent the Builder Buyer Agreement which weird clause where they have given themselves 1.5 years extra for the delivery of the project so that buyer cant raise any concerns on the earlier agreed possession timeline which was Dec 2018. I escalated this issue to the Godrej United Management through Twitter but all guys including their Chairman Adi Godrej are corrupt and don't care about their buyers. I am cursing the day when I put my money in this project. Their Customer Services is the worst I have even seen. No one cares to respond to buyers plea. Not sure how many of you are still planning to go with this project but I have decided to exit from this project as I don't want to suffer myself with mental trauma which I have got due to this project. These guys are saying that they would deduct 2% of the amount from my booking amount if I want to exit from this project. Can anyone suggest what to do? I have taken a vow to never buy any GODREJ products and suggest the same to others.

Godrej prokriti  a project  of Godrej property in Kolkata  is trapping the customers  as soon as booking  amount  is being paid. Immediately  after getting  the booking amount they are sending a huge demand stating that the building is partly completed .for this demand they wilnot make any registered agreement.  In my case they have sent me the  demand of huge amount by an invoice generated on  a backdate.

The date was much before the date of the last cheque  of booking amount had been encashed.They have set a due date failure to pay within that date will continue  to draw interest from the customers. When asked about  the backdate they said that it is for the benefit of thecusrtomers  so that they can escape GST. But reality  is that they want to  protect  themselves  from RERA.i could manage the booking  amount  with all of my  saved money but will  not be able to manage the said huge demand without  bank loan  but the bank will not pay unless they get the agreement.

This is not an individual  case but it has become  a convention. My question is how long government  , administration and media will  play  the role of sillent spectators when customers   are being raped  by these unlawful  activities  every day. What is the role  of these Media? Who will  protect the innocent  customers? Is there anybody  who can raise   his voice  against the injustice to the customers  who are getting exploited to fulfill  their dreams to live in a better place and give their families  slightly  more comfort by life long saved money at the expense of sacrificing their own comfort for that?
