Pathetic service, delay in delivery of apartment

I am an investor of Godrej properties at Chennai. I am extremely disappointed and disillusioned with Godrej properties, they have completely betrayed the trust we had in them when we invested in our dream home. It is already 5 months past committed delivery date and we have paid 100% of payment, we have not even entered our apartment to take a look at it until now. The customer service personnel for the site are totally apathetic and do not care about providing service, they have an extremely rude attitude and biased behavior. There is no use of escalating because Godrej Mumbai doesn't care about their brand or anything.

They behave like professionals while collecting money and specifying rules, but totally forget that they have totally betrayed the people by not delivering on time like any small time unprofessional builder.we could have booked almost any other place but repenting now
