Saturday 14th April 2018, by seeing Times of India - paper advertisement and also lot of advertisement in FM Radio I went to see the project.
While seeing the marketing office it looks very interesting and marketing and sales people told lot of things which is not in Boucher or also lot of day dreams . Its looks like I am in correct place to buy project and I paid 50, 000/-(Fifty Thousand Amount) through Credit Card to get lot of false offer from builder. But after coming back I called them multiple time they are not responding and I called their CRM Head, He asked what document you want and told receipt is given, that will work out for al the related activities. But now question is this builder is capable to deliver the project?
As after lot of investigating I found that lot of fault and fake promise is done, till now they have not completed properly any small project till now, how can they complete big project?
Now in my mind lot of negative question is coming due to builder history and behavior of the sales person, So can any one suggest weather I need to invest in this project or Cancel my booking, If I cancel how can I get money back?
Can any one suggest me how can I get Money back?
Many more question/answer, I will post after discussion with their team.
Date 22-04-2018, I checked for cancellation, They told sir its 200 Rs appreciation, So don't cancel, How we can know how they are calculating, Still lot of confusion on their term and condition.
This week I am doing some more investigation on this project, I will update once I got more update on this project.
Still in this project Principal amount is in risk, As I checked in Rera - "Below list of project that are either applied for rera or under investigation for not applying to RERA Karnataka"
25-04-2018: Today I checked with the CRM manager and Sales manager regarding advanced booking amount 50, 000/-(Fifty Thousand), They told me once paid can not be refund anytime. And they told there is no provision of return of money.
So every body pleases don't give booking amount to them before document verification, else they will not return your booking amount.
Still I am checking with other people, how they got refund of booking amount, and their procedure.
