GM infinite Elegance team, they have informed that GM infinite has taken over the project and also they have shown the list of all 300 customers who have booked in Smodo 4.0.

The customers will now have to rebook in the new plans as the old plans are no longer functional (being a change in the builder itself). Although this is an inconvenience, it is better to go with the new plan which is likely to work out.

Completion timeline :

Although not on a great timeline, GM Infinite has completed "GM E-City Town" in Electronic city itself and has done the same within acceptable timeframe.

Proximity to Bangalore: Using the elevated highway, the project is a hop-skip-and-jump from Silk Board. It is very close to the IT companies in Electronic city.

Booking in "Global Techies Town":

GM Infinite's Global Techies Town is taking bookings at approx 2500 per sq ft as on date (April 2017) which is approx the genuine real estate price in this part of Bangalore.

This being a fairly reputed name with fairly good timeline delivery, I would suggest that booking here is expected to be worthwhile in the years to come.
