Bad experience and not refunding access amount

Dear All

I purchased 3 bhk 3 months back as they were saying construction will start in 2 weeks.

Ita been 3 months now and yet have bo clue on construction start. On top of that they said GM mall os ready but on visiting electronic city, found gm mall ia not ywt constructed.

My bank not sure if by their order or mistake released 17 lakhs instead of 14 lakhs. Now they are not even refunding the access amount. Completely helpless and unprofessional

Plz suggest if i can go legal
