Don't be fooled by all the advertisements everywhere. These guys are incapable of delivering quality. To have all your questions answered just visit their project GM Infinite e-City Town phase 1.

Simplest of amenities such as letter boxes, CCTVs, proper security measures. cleaning. Even after almost 2 years of the handover, the progress of the clubhouse is a joke. Just come and have a look. They're incapable of doing even fogging and only concerned about churning money. I fail to control my laughter at their Global Techies town project where they promise to provide 100 amenities, I am sure they're counting a door handle also as an amenity.

They have money all in the world to spend on adverts on digital media, radios, newspapers, airport hoardings but DON'T CARE to complete their projects. If anyone tries to raise the voices only for the concerns, they would then throw a barrage of gundas. Threats and violence is a normal thing everytime you demand any kind of explanation for the services that you deserve after paying for it. They'll seem very cordial but show their ugly faces once you make the payment. You have far better builders in town and definitely more technically equipped than these guys. DO NOT INVEST IN ANY OF GM INFINITE project, because once you do so, the only thing you would be left with will be a REGRET OF A LIFETIME.

I recently visited their premiere project GM INFINITE e-city TOWN and below are my observations and inputs from a few current residents:



  1. Simplest of amenity which you will find in any society - LETTERBOX: NOT EXISTENT



  2. Security personnel most of the time, busy on cell phones. I easily went it without being asked a question, so that tells you how good the security measures are.



  3. INCAPABLE maintenance team, who have no idea of what they do.



  4. CCTV few and far, another security lapse



  5. CLUB house missing



  6. No amenities what so ever



  7. Pathetic hygiene levels where the STP water does awry/dirty ever so frequently.

Let me tell you about project. As per my view this is awesome project with competitive price.

GM Infinite Dwelling staffs are very supportive. I came from abroad seen lot of properties and my search ended after seeing Global Techies Town.Beautiful project with 100 amenities.

The speed and quality of the construction is impressive as well as the property value appreciation.

Hope to get progress update by their team regularly.I have invested with many developers and all are more or less same but I felt GM Infinite is bit different. I can't give guaranty about any delay but I believe they are working seriously and wanted to grow their real estate business on new height. Hope for the best.

Good Project, Good Location, Good Concept

I had been to GM Infinite Global Techies town on 18th Mar, the project is really good, the concept what they have come up with is really good, according to me this is a best place for investment, I am well aware about this location as I work at Wopro, earlier worked with HCL in E-city and and stayed in t his location for almost 10Yrs. there is a huge scope of growth and appreciation as they( GM Infinite) are coming with a Mall, taking the location into concentration I personally feel this location has potential of good rental and good ROI over the period of time. I liked the concept of 100% Vastu and less common Walls with 82% open space. Never heard of 100 Amenities before, I Have done a spot booking as I really liked this project. Hope my review will help few/Some people to take a correct decision.

Had seen so many Fake Reviews in this website and felt I should put something useful to people.

I had very bad experience with GM. I met the marketing guy there and he insisted to swap my card for initial payment. I made payment of 30K and after few days when I said I am not going with the project for some personal reason, he said the amount is not refunded. This was done in a well-planned manner and I got to know it is not refundable later. It's been a couple of months and I am struggling to get my money back.This is my honest advice, please be alert in dealing with this builder.

Do you really think they are going to build the Mall?They have some trucks running here and there for almost 1-2 years. They have not delivered the previous projects and they are not going to deliver this.

Once the floor construction is done and they get all the money from customers, you will see another block construction started. Once all the block floor structure is complete, they will stop the work and move to some other project.This is what they have been doing for years.

I saw GM global techies town ad in TOI and frankly project was tempting to visit and I did visit! A person from sales team gave clear explanation about the project and I frankly I felt surely this place will be very good(if they) complet on time and Mall comes up and I was convienced about price as well then took couple of days time and checked with my legal advisor and bank person as well it was quit convenceing and booked finally! Hope they finish it on time! Recommended

I am exploring no. of projects in south Bangalore from last 1 year. Somewhere I liked the plan but out of budget, and those are in my budget does not suits the plan what we are looking as our 1st home. Some of my acquaintance suggested GM infinite for visit. I have searched for their floor plan and inquired on call. They briefed me about project and asked me to visit the site with pickup drop facility. I liked the floor plan what I was looking for and sale staff attended me very well and cleared all my queries what I asked him during my visit. I have visited no. of project in last one year but the staff of GM was very humble and transparent. He has given me the best deal beyond my expectation.

Me and my family are very happy to book our first home with GM infinite Global Techies town at Electronic city. I would like to mention here about their after sales service also very helpful with all banking procedure and documentation part. Thanks to my acquaintance who suggested me this project and booked here after doing all R & D. At this budget they are doing concrete wall structure(Mivan) is awesome. Definitely who ever looking for property with good location, price and amenities go to Global techies town.

I am really impressed the way this project is coming up, I am in process of buying one unit however before I do that I would like to explore other possibilities as well, nevertheless so far I could see it promising project over looking mall, though that is yet to come but I am sure it will yeild what I am looking at, yep though I could find few negative remakes in mouth shut little worried on that front, however I have seen most of the builders are sailing in the same boat, I request people to give honest suggestion to me, should I proceed with this or not. I am working in electronic city phase 1 from last 3 years as I can see this area is booming very fast so I decided to purchase flat here to invest. Then I started searching for good project. Then I came to GTT by GM as I compare with other project GTT is looking promising in quality and rate, I feel there is an opportunity with respect to investment since, mall is coming up in front of that project I hope. But overall it will be luxurious if they give as it is.

I got to know about this builder from news paper ad offering 100 amenities. I visited the place and I found very impressive. Sales representative helped me to understand all the details and finance part. Great experience and Happy to go with them. Definitely I would recommend this project to my friends and relatives.

I purchased 2bhk 950sft in gm global techies town. I stay in e-city and saw the construction progress very fast and got convinced to book apartment there. I found the price very reasonable in comparison to other large projects here. Amenities looks very good and I wish GM delivers as per their plan. I think anyone thinking to buy should visit the project and then take decisions.

As I work in Electronic City location is gud.i purchased in global techie town just for location n the price.

I bought it 2 bhk at a reasonable price.more over I checked surrounding properties they were little over budget. Staff is gud at explaining their product. I hope they deliver on time.

U will be amazed to know that this dwellling developers are so short minded and illeterature that they even cant fix the basic units, their quality is too low to be considered for the implementation of any kind of work, i have the worst developers in my life not as this ones so dont believe them at any cost first they will make u feel good but as u move forward with further deals they will start bribing u .

Firstly I would like to inform everyoneve that the message they offers property and real estate development services and just to entice customers. Real prices of flat are plenty extra higher. I booked a 2BHK flat at GM Infinite NR Green Woods project. The flat value me 20 lacs(agreement value) excluding stamp duty, registration and gst costs. While discussing the charge alternative I opted for 10% down charge and 90% loan. I have been absolutely instructed that after making the 10% down fee I have to pay 3% Stamp duty+ 1% registration cost+ 12 to 15% gst fees inside a week and my flat gets registered beneath my name and I will get the applicable papers. I make the 10% payment with the aid of cheque which get cleared on twenty 10th September 2017. After that I never get a name from GM for next 1 month.

Honestly I requested them to cancel my reserving and return my money again so they said they will deduct 10% from my reserving amount. I instructed them that I choose my full money again infact they ought to give me more 10% for using my cash more than a month. I am just feeling like cheated. My experience with GM Infinite is absolutely horrible and dont ever propose anyone for GM.

If you want to construct your house or any non movable property then it is useful.

Its take to long time to complete there concept was not clear they charge so much friends,

there service was not that much fine. here staff was so normal they are not expects they are just

local mans, even I don't think there material are that much of pure quality. I told them lots of time

but they unnecessary say that its fine. I am not satisfied with all there service they charge

so much high. I just think finished my work at any cost if not reimburse me all after all hard work

Hello friends! Now I am going to share my personal experience this builders company. I had booked a flat under GM Infinite Dwelling at Bangalore on last before year 2016. They told me that they would finish the work by 5 to 6 months from the date of agreement. But they didn't finish by time. They finished at the end of 2017, few months ago. They made false promises to customers. Costomer service and staffs were also not responding at time. This totally irritated me. Their service was very poor.By the end, I recommended others not to give projects to this company.
Have to improve there service.

Fraudulent bussiness practices

Beware of the Builders intention. Project at hessarghatta Main road was started in  2006, then it attracted clients since 2009. Still this is dusting without completion(Nov2017). Similar project may be in and around bangalore and north india.

Builder's work force at customer end give false assurances and promises just to trap as many fish it can. Builder never comply by the sale and construction agreement and even they do not respect it. Even during the Court stay order they keep selling the flats. As per the agreements builder is liable to pay compensation ranging from 10K to 14K, if undone in stipulated time. If a flat owner ask for it then they threat them of cancellation and eat out most of the money. The easier way to make profitable business. Fearing this many flat owner are unable to knock the door of court / police because most of it is managed by the builder. Flat owners are having monthly meeting with builders representatives but in vain. This is an eyewash to use public money freely and extend time of completion indefinitely quoting unreasonable constraints without paying the promised compensations.

Many of the online feedbacks and defending chats are fabricated by the builder's task force to coverup their habitual ill intentions.  Think harder for your hard earned wealth and pleasant future.
