I booked a 3 bhk flat in GM Global Techies Town in 2017 Aug.

Pros:They are in the right progress to deliver the flat on 2021(Feb) as per RERA.When I have booked, there was no construction and today(14th June) the flat is in good progress.

You can visit the actual site and the building to check the quality unlike other builders.

The quality of the construction is very good.

Already my property value appreciated 15-20%.

Cons: You do not the quality of amenities they are going to provide as I booked it in prelaunch.

There is a risk of delaying and the status of the mall in front of this project is not clear yet.

The approach road from ecity is narrow.

I have booked an apartment with GM and the apartment is under construction. So far I have not faced any issues with the builder and everything going good for me. Even they have reduced my GST as per the govt rule. Thanks GM management for that decision and making customers happy..

I booked a property at the Global Techies town, Electronics City. The sales people were very courteous while discussing the amenities and progress being made on the project. The process was smooth and hassle free. We would be able to tell more on possession.

This is my honest review as a customer since Oct, 2016. I have purchased a couple of flats in GM Infinite Global Techies Town, one in tower C(3 bhk) and the other in Tower A(2bhk), so far my experience with them is very good. The price offered is lucarative, and also I evaluated the potential for the locality development, and I see a positive growth in Neo Town road.

I think people know how neeladri nagar was almost 3-4 years ago and now there are all branded shops there, I am pretty sure Neo Town will be next to develop on similar lines 3 years from now considering Apartments coming up, why GM Neo Town will develop? Because there is no other residential place in Electronic City Phase 1 which has good infrastructure. Especially the roads on GM Neo Town(it is double road quite neatly maintained) and GM Neo Town Township are awesome, and renting out a property is not tough as all the IT companies in Electronic City are barely 2.5 KM from this property. You can witness the same by enquiring:)

Mr. Prathap, senior sales executive from the GTT site had taken my requirements with respect to budget, specifications and suggested me a few options which helped me to buy. The process also went quite easy with reference to loan, both GM and the lending bank helped me secure loans. All the demands with reference to payments are as per Agreement made.

I also monitored the progress on weekly basis from the day I purchased as I stay in electronic city and it's impressive that Tower C structure is almost 90% complete, the painting work also started. I am quite sure the handover must be on time and I trust GM.

I do not see any issues, and I give a thumbs up based on my experiences with them, keep up the good work GM.

GM Projects are good with better quality of construction. They are providing more open space with lot of amenities and the project near to all leading IT companies overall it's a good property location.

GM construction is the one true construction which use best quality materials and design is simply superb. This is one project I liked due to its location and well located project with all amenities. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative.

I bought a flat in gm infinite. There sales staff and manager very supportive. They will explain me all expenses and prize detaily. Even though after I bhout flat they are very supportive and helped me if I need any help on bank home loan or any details of projects.

I SEE LOT OF PEOPLE WRITING NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON MY PROJECT.. I HAVE BOUGHT FLAT FROM THEM AND THE EXPERIENCE FROM SALES AND CRM IS PROFESSIONAL.

FROM THE DAY I HAVE BOUGHT FLAT TILL DATE I HAVENT FACED ANYPROBLEM.. INFACE THE CONSTRUCTION IS WAY AHEAD .. I VISITED LAST WEEKEND AND I WAS HAPPY TO SEE THEY HAVE ALREADY STARTED PAINTING WORK.

Hi there . am a first-time buyer from this builder and here is my honest feedback.



  1. The sales guy was fairly good and guided us through to get the best price



  2. Constructed started a little late from the time I booked it but its in full swing from last year Q3



  3. Am yet to get my flat constructed and to get the feel of it.



  4. As per my little knowledge, the construction seems to be robust



  5. Time to time payment has been facilitated with great support from the CRM team

I bought the flat from the builder two years ago. And I would advise not to invest in their property ever. Before you book the flat, they will be courteous but after that they will not listen anything and will be very arrogant. Their favourite dialogue: "Do whatever you can we don't care".

I had booked flat at GM Infinity (Embassy Enclave) I had applied for loan but some various reasons I couldn't get loan from bank. GM Infinity team, told me that when I booked will refund if you don't get loan but now they are saying we won't refund and helpless ??

I had visited the site and the detailing of their overall plan like plan and housing developments, Few of the good things I personally found is the quality of construction which is at par with the most of the big builders in Bangalore and the project layout. Location to me is good as I work in ecity so this is what I am looking for.

I dont have plans to cancel as in such huge developments some delays are predictable. As there are some top builders in Bangalore who dont even star the construction even if its near to handover.

Atleast here I can bank on because I can see work is happening in good speed

I lost my booking amount on cancellation. They insist on booking on site visit with an assurance of refunding on cancellation, but when cancel refuse to refund. They seems running projects worth thousands of crores, just don't understand why spoiling name with negligible booking amount.

I HAVE BOOKED A 2BHK IN GLOBAL TECHIE TOWN AND I HAVE NOT AVAIL ANY LOAN I BOOKED IN SEP 2017 AND PAID 60% OF MONEY AND NOW THEY ARE ASKING ANOTHER 30% TELLING THAT THE HAVE COMPLETED 25TH FLOOR I HAD SOME DOUBT AND SEND MY CIVIL ENGINEER TO FIND OUT THE FACT IT IS AS FOLLOWS:-

The C BLOCK has 5 wings and the they has build only 1, 2, 3 till 25th floor and 4 and 5 as been left till 7th floor and none of the floor is completed in sense to building they are only raising the floor and taking our money please be careful before you pay any further money they are suppose to complete the entire tower which is considered to be five wings but they are trying to drag money.

Please do contact me for any queries you may have. Project is RERA approved. Booking amount is non-refundable(written everywhere in all the literature they have) so pls dont judge them if you made initial payment on insistence of sales guys, without proper homework.

Agree, sales guys are sales guys, they're the same everywhere but as customers we MUST not fall in to them, rather handle it with care.

Hi guys, please don't lose your hard earned money with cheap company like GM infinite . They have no integrity and taken the flat booking amount from hundreds of people and not returning the money in case of cancellation on the name of cancellation policy . Also their flat delivery quality is very bad and with so many complaints wherever they have delivered . Kindly check the reviews before making any decision. I wanted to alert you, rest is up to you.

GM Infinite has extremely bad repo. Damn sure you don't want to invest your life time investment somewhere who will not even reply to your mails or will switch off their phones. They will tell all good things and will ask you to pay extremely less amount on first day itself so that you can pay that using your credit card. Then bang their phone will go switched off. Now your nightmare will start. You will never ever be able to take that refund from them. I strongly say bigggggg NOOOO to GM Infinite.
Reasons to buy vs not to buy - a good bet?

Dear all, we went to visit the place last week. it looked pretty good on the paper with very affordable budget. its really tempting.

here are reasons to buy this:



  1. u get a flat in a proper community like neotown - which has now occupied with IT offices, etc and few high rise buildings. the view reminds me of the NCR high rise views. there is lot of open space, fresh air, ventilation, etc



  2. the mall is upcoming. there has been no work since years but finally since gm has taken over, we can only expect the mall to be functional in next 2-3 years. if this is ready, it will be a great benefit.



  3. although the flats are cramped, but its affordable and tempting for poor people like myself, who aishwaryasingh23 heavy rent and still live at mercy of landlord. this give myself a chance to define my lifestyle in my own flat with promised amenities(hopefully we get them as promised)



  4. the IT companies like infosys, wipro, tcs, etc and colleges like xime, symbiosis, ifim, etc are nearby and schools like sfs, brookfield, tremis, etc are closeby. there are hospitals nearby plus this is connected to elevated flyover to quickly reach kormangla. its a boon for ecity working professionals.



  5. RERA approval is already there and since there are few other GM projects like GM enclave, ecity town, townsville, techies, coming up within GM township, there shall be good chances that the builder will be here and wont run away



  6. the rates for techies has already increased from last year, I personally was surprised to notice this. so we can expect the same on Ambitious project in next 4 years.



  7. It offers pm awaas scheme for 1st time buyers with 2 lacs waived off.



  8. there is no 12% gst charged, which is a big big plus. I dont know why the gst has been waived off. I enquired the sales team and they told the builder is bearing the cost on themselves, not sure why? but this saves min 5 lacs for any size flat.



  9. good investment prospect





NOT TO BUY:



  1. it will be completed by 2022, so not for ppl looking for ready flat. You cant wait that long until this is for 2nd house, investment purpose.



  2. all the facts stated above are on paper, yet to be converted into reality. there are many instances of big big projects being stuck up for years so hopefully this wont go that way



  3. GM ecity town is already delayed by 1 year so not sure how RERA treats the buikders wrt fine, penalty



  4. Not for ppl not working in ecity due to bangalore commute



  5. be sure of where the building is coming up. many might think that GM enclave is the AMBITIOUS.





FINAL WORD: If you want to do investment with limited budget, this looks good bet. if it hits well, you are lucky to get a flat in a township, near mall, near office. If you are 1st time buyer, wont advise to wait so long. Dear all, GM Infinite ecity was launched in 2014 and the completion date was 2017, it is yet to be completed and customers are expected handover later Being delayed is still ok but pls note that none of the amenities promised has been provided. The basic amenity like swimming pool and children play area is in progress but cricket ground, basket ball court, squash,  big clubhouse, plus as we have been seeing 100+ amenities in all GM ads, are far from over. I seriously doubt that these will be in place after handover of the flat. So if you booked GM Ambitious for amenities, hold on pls and you might need to wait long or endlessly, best of luck friends.
