I have purchased a flat in GM Infinite Global Techies town. I thank my stars ever since for making this right decision. Even, few of my friends have purchased flats here. My decision is to stay in this society along with my friends. However, from investment perspective, my flat-value has been appreciated considerably. A project with so much promise, and I must say GM is delivering well so far! Mivan technology and fast-paced build are promising to deliver in time. I would be happier to see some progress on GM Mall by now. Nevertheless, it is my correct decision to go with this project.

The location is very good, many IT companies are nearby.

I had very good experience with sales department Pratap, He explained about the project very clearly and helped me with all the details of the project and properties.

I have bought 2 bhk flat in GM Infinite techies town. Initially I didn't had any valid information about this builder on the top of taking risk(Big project). I can say it became a calculated risk and all worries have gone off now. Slowly I started trusting this builder and it is doing what it promises. This project construction technology, amenities, value for money proportion, near by joints, open areas are only few points to mention here as there are many. Since 2.5 years I am monitoring this project project as a consumer and one word "awesome".

I have recommended my friends, father to buy property here. Well my father has decided and bought in one day just by seeing the techies town.

I have booked my flat in GM GTT project, amazing speed the project is taking off. Appreciate the humble staffs and kind enough to support all your needy requirements. Mr. Gulam Mustafa, GM Owner/promoter himself a civil engineer and lives in Electronic city knows the need of the residents and developing a great town ship in Bangalore. Appreciation is awesome for the investment. Heard IT companies investing the residents as part of the CSR Activity as well.

I am a very happy investor, Thumbs up to the whole GM Team and wish them a great success.

Hi,

I have booked Flat in GM infinite global techies town project.

The location is amazing, all IT companies are nearby .The Project is best per Cost they are charging.

I had very good experience with sale department manish.jain and Priya from CRM department. I had issue with Financial stuff and they helped me when and where its required with all document and relevant information.

I would recommend to buy property with G M infinite.

I have brought a flat in Techie town, initially they told cancellation or any amendment will cost 2Lakh and after checking the prigress and dealing I didn't like the project and desided to cancel at that time they told me if I want to cancel I have to pay 20% of the total puchase cost and then only can cancel, by that time I had paid 7Lakh and inorder to cancel I had to pay 1.6 lakh,

So I changed my mind and retained the same by paying balance as per stage by stage said in the contract.

THEY DON'T HAVE A DECENCY IN ASKING PAYMENTS, THEY SEND EMAIL AND IMMEDIATELY ASK AS IF WE BORROWED MONEY FROM THEM AND DEFAULTED, i alsocommunicated about my unhappnes to that person who send me nesaages on whatsapp, very bad, I am not at all happy

The sales team in GM is awsome. They helped me with all the details of the project and properties. They also gave me a tour of the property which was great. I really liked the infrastructure of their project. Amazing.

I recently purchased a flat in GM GTT which is upcoming soft hub located at Neo town.I really liked the theme which they come with every citizen should have the own house in their affordable prices providing good amenities.

Their staff is very good in responding to any queries which customers asks.

They give value to the customers.

Once Govt has decided to reduce the GST, GM team has automatically reduced the GST for customers which are alreday purchased as well.

I am waiting with loads of excitement to move to my new flat.

As promising their construction is also going in full swing.
