Dear Viewer,

A humble request to all viewers, that please read the review carefully and view images, visit the premise, feel free to meet the victims(who owns a flat in any GK Golden City) before even consider to purchase flat. Do you like to throw your future into darkness by purchasing a huge burden for rest of your life, if yes go ahead and get trapped.

I am a victim in GK Golden City Apartment. This is my 2nd review after my last review in Mar-17 this year on the current status.

1. On August 15, 2017 when whole India celebrated Independence Day, we were cursing our luck because the boundary wall of our society fall down on children's play area due to aporadic heavy rain. Whole play area is spoiled, luckily no casualities. Owners asked builder to meet and the fuc*er never turnup.(refer attached picts)

   
   




2. On Sep 4, 2017 whole back side the boundary wall of our society fall down spoiling the swimming pool and badminton court. Angry residents logged written complaint to police and BBMP. Still builder was in his attitude and did not turnup.(refer attached picts)

   
   




3. On every rainy day residents remove vehicle from basement as it clogged with rain water and becomes a pond. Builder's maintaince goon asks us to remove cars instead of removing water. Continous water logging weakens the main structure(foundation). We do not know what is the build quality of this structure.

   
   




4. There is seepage from 9th floor till basement through duct becuse no pipe is installed by builder for rain water harvesting. This is threat to all individual flat including the structure of this building.

   
   




5. Club house and Gym is too cheap and that becomes swimming pool during rain because numerous cracks on the wall.

   
   




6. There is NO garbage management. It piles up in basement lead to stinking unbearable stench and becomes home for rhodents, mosquitoes and snakes gives you a feel like living in a cattle shade.

   
   




7. We are still waiting for all the lifts to be installed.

   
   




8. We pay around Rs 2500 / month for purchasing water because none of the borewell is functional. Please understand that the builder did not handover the maintaince to society. When real maintaince will come it would be somewher around Rs. 6500 a month.

   
   




9. STP plant is not functional and builder fooling us since last 2 years.

   
   




10. Viewers, builder did not complete any of amenities but, charging maintaince. We are helpless spectators because we cant fight with this goon.

    
    

Builder did not handover the society which they should have done in 2014 and now we are in 2017. The Builder either did not lift call or if lifts just assures the residents are threatened. The MD of GK Shelter the Naidu Father and Son are actually FATTOO(a hindi word stand for losers) who just robbed our money and trying to influence us using our money which we did not repay to banks and tied for next 20 years. They are actually lost CREDIBILITY. We want people to avoid buying flats from their Whitefield, Electroni City or any of their projects.

Do you still like to be a customer of GK Shelters? Do you want to buy frustration, burden with your hard earned money for next 20 years! Decision is yours.
