The project was launched in 2013 but was stuck in litigation and finally completed in 2021. Amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse have not been constructed yet. An occupancy Certificate has not been granted to the building by the authorities till now but possessions have been given to the buyers. The slow construction of the building and the absence of OC raises concerns about the quality of the building.
