Gillco is claiming the completion of 10 years and 150 acres township, but it is strange to know that apart from villas and flats, there will be not more than 50 constructed homes. Roads are broad and will let the shock absorbers of your car got tested well.
Street lights got switched off after 11 PM, the inside view is like management have never got a look on it after plots have got sold, you can see the wild grass of 6-7 feets in unconstructed plots and green areas. Condition of the inner roads is miserable, (if any), otherwise I have seen the constructed plots without any proper connectivity of roads. I wonder how they are getting the builder of the year award since last few years(Everything is possible in India).
Water supply is good, you got water three times a day with good pressure to fill your on roof tanks.
Marketing people are awesome, they are selling the same sh*t since the last 10 years, I don't know with what kind of false commitments and all.
I can suggest if you are an end user, think 100 times before giving a shot. Confirm the situation from the local residents, staff is expert in misguiding. Rest is you hit. If you are looking for the plots with some local builder/developer, I will personally suggest to go with some reputed one.
