I purchased an apartments 3 years ago with Gharonda builders in Hyderabad and paid full amount. They did not give any apartment constructed and the construction site is empty where they were supposed to build the apartments. I asked to return my money back and he said he has no money. He is warning us home owners that he will file harassment case against us if we go and ask him money again. He put CCTV cameras in his office.

There are more than 300 home owners who paid money for these apartments. These builders are big fraud . Please do not trust them.

I had been there with my dad last month to visit the site. Me and specially my dad love the location and construction done by the gharonda builder of the project.

Every appartment is designed wonderfully, that blows your mind away. they are the best developer among all the developer I have came across. They fulfilled my all wishes I was wanting in my own house. I love to be associated with them. My dad booked a flat by gharonda builder.

I have booked a flat  in Hyderabad, Telengana. from the builder Gharonda builder and developers registered office at H.no-4-4-932/1 to 3 K.s lane opp; hanuman vyamsala school sultan bazar, hyderabad-95.

I had paid part payment of around Rs.9 lacs .but till date the builder has not developed any thing ath the said project(Brahma at Pochram in outskirt of hyderabad city).He is either refunding the mony nor any scope of getting the flat I had tried to contact the builder several time but he is avoiding by saying something or other.

Now its almost 2 yrs since I had paid the amount.I had filed a case in consumer court but no action has been taken as there in no judge in telengana state consumer court from internet and media I came to know that the builder had cheated many other persons.

If there is any person with such grievances with the builder together we can take action.Kindly be in touch so ther we can pressurise to builder and low agencies to take action

I wish satae/central government should take action against such builders and recover the hard earned mony looted by these builders

Although, I could not purchase the flat as it didn't fit into my budget, I would say it's truly value-for-money, for those who can afford it. I liked the spiritual environment .Villa also comes with modern security technology so the safety standard is very high. They have provided digital screen and sensor doors which is very secure. I liked the interior layouts of the rooms, halls, kitchen, they are spacious.so I am delighted to own this villa.

I have recently purchased a 2 Bhk flat from Gharonda Builders. Since I am a middle class family member so I was searching for a low budget which is at a low price as well as comfortable for me.

My uncle had suggested me Gharonda Builders for buying flat. I had then contacted builder and told them my budget. They showed me flats ranging from 25 Lac to 50 Lac.

I am very much happy because flat was in my budget so I buyied a 2 Bhk flat from them.I wouls recommend everyone to buy flats from Gharonda Builders.
