Houses are provided by builders but who care to deliver happy homes!

We have this lovely experience with gera. Beside materialistic things, the thought process of the creative team of gera has helped us inculate good values and creativity in our kids. Exclusive workshops have widened the horizons of learning and the horizons of looking forward to many more .

My daughter declared her dream in the last workshop " DALE CARNEGIE" which was a very pleasant and satisfactory surprise to me. When asked what she dreams of? Her answer was" I want to be happy ever!"

Dear Friends, I have been Gera customer for past 7 years and has invested in few of their properties. I have seen the improvement in quality of offerings and services these past 6-7 years. Entire Gera team has become customer and service oriented and they really OUTDO.

My experience with them has been amazing on various fronts, be it getting some approval, getting refunds, solving VAT issues, getting discounts on table, getting repairs and fixtures; in all the topics Gera team has shown exemplary support and did gave proper advice to keep things in check for next time. The GERA OUTDO program started by them, is a great initiative - bringing the entire Gera customers and Gera employees under the same roof. its like a big extended family outside your family. The entire team is approachable even the MD - Mr. Rohit Gera for all your needs and worries. You just pick a phone and dial or drop an email. your worries are resolved. Real issues gets resolved here. I would say gera delivers on promises and is very reliable builder in PUNE.

My decision to stay invested with Gera has been very fruitful and I look forward to new initiatives by Gera and be a part of it.

As a gera resident I want to share my view . Its a really good experience to be a part of it. Gera is the only builder who arrange time to time really good exposure to our kids. In terms of allover growth of our kids. I appriciate and want to say thanks to them for thier efforts and believing in long term good relations. Thats why gera is different from others and trustworthy too.

My experience with Gera is GREAT. As far as I know, there is no builder in Pune who is providing not only good quality construction but also spending time, money and created a team for overall development of childerens. This is really a OUTDO as per their logo.

I am a proud home owner with the Gera Development's GreensVille project in Kharadi, I purchased the place around 2005/6, residing here since 2008 and I can very well say that they are one of those few builders who build you marvelous homes and not just a building or an apartment. One of the reputed and trusted builders in Pune who gives warranty on their constructions. They have unique concept behind their projects such as ChildCentric homes which consist of celebrity academies at your doorstep to train the children.

The project is having academies of Shankar Mahadevan, Anil Kumble, Vishvanathan Anand etc. Quality of construction is also good. One of my relatives have booked a flat in this project- Gera's Song of Joy and they are happy with their service and construction quality.

Flats have water leakages and builder also promises the warranty along with a warranty agreement, but no action inspite of the complaints.

Maintenance charges are extremely high and builder avoids forming society and control the rates. Can you imagine the maintenance is Rs. 6000 per month

Builder has not been able to get occupancy certificate since three years.

Because of congenial environment of the society.

Good structure provided using solid material in construction,

airy rooms with lot of sunlight throughout the day.

Internet though provided a big late but is functioning nicely uninterrupted  with WiFi facility

in all the apartments.

A place which provides a secure atmosphere to live, life has become secure in the caring hands of the 24x7 alert security staff

Sincerely, well groomed, and behaved security personnels and very cordial to the residents

Only a phone call away, and at your disposal within no minutes.

Admin staff well versed in keeping unscrupulous elements at bay.

Have the talent to politely restrict them to enter in the premises to keep the security tight.

This builder(GDPL) has failed their customers of Gera's Astoria(Goa) in all their core values of'Trust', 'Customer First', 'Quality' and'Innovation'.

They built a 224 apartment complex and managed to get Occupancy Certificate in 2012(in collusion with authorities) without connecting a storm water drain, which was in total violation of regulations. Then they concealed this fact from purchasers.

Our basement got flooded in the heavy Goa rains and water entered lift wells in 2014. Finally, the owners had to approach the High Court in a Writ Petition to issue favourable directions. They were not willing to act in the interest of their customers from 2012 - 2015, having got the OC through fraudulent means and to protect their vested interests in other projects in Goa.

They have flouted the agreement of sale on many counts. They decided to form a'co-operative housing maintenance society'(exclusive to Goa) and are now stuck since most owners have not signed the sale deed(51% required) since they feel a'co-operative housing society', where land and buildings can be transferred to the Society as per our agreement(no sale deeds needed) should have been formed.

Many purchasers have got together, formed an e-group, got transparency on accounts, instituted an Ad-Hoc Committee and now we are actively fighting for our rights. We have approx 32 lakhs disputed in maintenance funds and there is also arrears of 37 lakhs from purchasers.

Gera has now threatened to walk out of'Astoria',  abandoning management(maintenance, security, services, etc.) with effect from 31/08/2015 without forming a registered society and putting elected office bearers in place. This will be tantamount to criminal negligence and breach of trust. They have not responded to resolution and e-mails from owners.

With this builder, taking legal action seems to be the only way ahead.

I have booked a flat in pre-launch at Trinity Towers(TT).its almost to a completion.

I have visited Sky Villas(SV) to see any vacant flats, and the quality is not good - ceiling cracks, wall cracks. When I spoke to CRMs, they said, its vacant and is not maintained thus.

When I expressed similar quality doubts regarding TT, the response I got was, oh.the TT has better quality than SV, so rest assured.

Recently, TT was asked to put sprinklers in the unit before giving OC. Gera is asking money from us, is it from others too? or just us?

I also would like to start a forum on TT(its late but can be used in post lauch issues too.) so feel free to email me your ids at gera(dot) trinity(dot) buyer(at) gmail(dot) com.

I went for a site visit of Gera's Isle Royale and I have found the project good but the cost is on the higher side. I went to see a 3.5 BHK villa and I found them quite spacious. The homes are well-planned and are located exactly between 2 forests which are NDA and bio diversity park.

When the sales person took me to the balcony one thing that was glad to see were the amazing forest views. If you are planning for a retirement home then this is the place but as I said earlier, slightly over priced!

I had booked flat in Gera parkview 1, was all impressed with plans.but when I got my possession it was all dissatisfying.even my main door is not finished properly.flush is not working.difference in polishing.tiles are nit placed properly.pop is coming out from the baardoor and if asked y so thr answer is aisa to hota he Madam.65 lakhs dekar I have to satisfy me by this sentence" aisa to hota he madam"

I am here to share my experience buying a 3 BHK Duplex. I registered online and received a call quite promptly. The sales person was informative but quite mechanical. However, I was curious and so I visited. I must say, I was impressed by the sheer size of the duplexes.

Quite well designed. Th amenities are also quite a lot in number. Dunno if I am going to be using all of them though and am also worried about the amenities maintenance charges. I was really happy to know about Gera's 5 year warranty. It's a nice addition and contributed in my decision to buy.

I am happy with location. I have a small business in Kharadi and Trinity Towers is just 5 min car drive. The price is a little steep though but I think it will be worth it. Will be taking possession soon!

When buying from Gera's, please double check, documentation and paperwork.  What does not meet the eye are major loopholes in completeness of various NOCs, clean deed of land, deviation from plan and lack of OC.

Besides these, there are also reneging on promises made in brochure and lackadaisical standard of construction

Why am I scaring you?

FACTS:

Project Affinia has ZERO open space(yes it is a small project with many many flats)

This is not a fully approved project yet - ask for approved plan and the sales guy fumbles

Go for this if you want to stay in matchbox style houses

You will get bundle of promises that will not be fulfilled and I can guarantee that you will regret your decision later.

Price Point is 1.1Cr for 2BHK match boxes.

We are Living " Gera Emerald City, Baner" which completed(?) by Gera in 2007- 2008.

Till today we have issues like pending Occupancy Certificate,  no Lift Earthings, wrong Anti syphone gas lines, No Drainage connection, Wrong Rain water Harvesting, Lots of Leakages& Cracks, low capacity STP, un completed& encroged compoundwall, no Jogging trach as per his committment, unfinished Main gate, overflowing Drainage Water etc.

I was attracted by the project concept and design, But the quality of construction, the quality of response we get for above issues raised to them.gosh.too bad an experience to go thru. Gera is hollow company with poor Management& low commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Now they launch new Project "Affinia" in our campus. Buyers beware! Don’t get fooled by their sweet sales talk.

You will regret later, if you buy now.
