I have booked a level in pre-dispatch at Trinity Towers(TT).its practically to a finishing. I have gone by Sky Villas(SV) to see any empty pads, and the quality is bad - roof splits, divider breaks. When I addressed CRMs, they said, its empty and is not looked after subsequently. When I communicated comparative quality questions in regards to TT, the reaction I got was, oh.the TT has preferable quality over SV, so rest guaranteed. As of late, TT was requested that place sprinklers in the unit before giving OC. Gera is asking cash from us, is it from others as well? on the other hand just us?
