I have my Gera Property at the Trinity Towers. I got the possession of my flat in November 2015 on the auspicious day of Dhanteras. I had booked the flat in the month of March 2013 where I saw nothing but plinth. I was practically very sure that the builders will take over 5 years to construct and a couple of more to let you move in due to delay in OC. But to my pleasant surprise and astonishment the work was carried out to near perfection month after month and got the possession in under 2 and a half years with a smooth OC.

When I moved in I realised the quality of material used was as per their promise. Top Notch.No compromise. I am in this field of Interior Designing and hence would know more about the material used, the technicalities and the craftsmanship of the same. All Top Notch!

I have had nasty experiences with builders before but Gera Developers have reinstated the faith in me to buy or to book the place even without seeing it. Gera has given us more than what they had promised. Also the dealing with Gera Officials was as smooth as silk and as professional as it can get.

Guys if you are looking at a stress free journey from booking a flat to delivery look no further and book projects of Gera. They are simply awesome and primarily Honest and Clean.
