Never buy a property in Gera's projects

My experience with Gera as builder and developer is just pathetic. I wish I had not bought a property in their project. I was attracted by the project concept and design, But the quality of construction, the quality of response we get for any issues raised to them.gosh.too bad an experience to go thru. Gera is hollow company with low commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Buyers beware! Don't get fooled by their sweet sales talk. You will regret later, if you buy now.
