Customer Engagement 3. Trust. An additional positive point to mention is about the 5 year warranty which they offer to your flat on pocession. I am glad that Gera is expanding their horizons in Goa with new upcoming Commercial and residential properties and would recommend buyers to go for it as they are trust worthy and they will not turn back on you post purchase which many builders in similar caliber would normally do when situations arrive.
