Review On Gera Developments, Pune

My husband and I own a delightful home in Gera’s Astoria. For us it’s like a permanent retreat and it gives us a feeling of peace and joy. Fortunately we are surrounded by a healthy community of residents which is particularly good given the fact that this is a large size project. Gera Developments and the team have been making consistent efforts to create more vibrancy amongst the families even after possession.

We see this is a nice effort to build a more harmonious community and create positivity amongst families residing together . I have attended a couple of the Gera community engagement and I have also given a suggestion to increase the numbers of participating families the next time so that there is more vibrancy and every one of us at Gera’s Astoria feels like one large extended family

My interaction with Gera Developments has seen a few testing moments during the first one year cycle, but I have to say that right from the Managing Director of Gera Developments, to the teams that represent the organization, they have been very receptive, empathetic and accepting of my concerns. I do feel taken care of, and I believe that even in the future I can go back to them with any kind of operational help that I may seek. I am happy to be a part of the Gera Community. God Bless!
