Gayatri Builders, Pune

Friends I paid the token amount for my flat in the under construction project of gayatri builders in pune. It was in june last year and the project was meghavarsha in pune near dehu road. this project offer good 1000+ SqFt apartments in dehu road as I wanted them close to my parents home.

I learnt later that there are issues with municipal corporation for this project and that drinking water supply will not be provided, this was reason big enough for me to cancel decision of investing here.

I approached the developer for refund of my token amount but they straight away denied.

I was told that refunding that money will not be possible and that the project would soon be completed.

the staff was completely silent and moreover secretive over the municipal water supply issue. This is purely misleading on their part.

I fought a lot and argued and also took police and legal help to solve my long standing issue with gayatri builders.

They really gave me a tough time! they are simply not trustworthy and fool customers, take the money and do not maintain transparency over the progress of the project.

I totally discourage everyone from investing in this project, it is not worth the risk. Money will be unnecessarily blocked! stay away from gayatri's meghavarsha.
