Developer is busy developing phases after phases. Developer had promised to build the Club house its's 6 years since we purchased the property however there is no progress on the same. Please ensure the builder documents about Club house Completion date in Sale deed with a proper penalty clause.

Gateway Meadows is one of the prestigious company since many years, person Giriswamy who made allegations about company is completely false allegation, he is mentally ill n illiterate person n no clarity of property purchase in Bangalore, if there is payment made to company he can complain in RERA office in Bangalore, with all proof of payment n gateway never collect 10000/- payment for 11 laks property.
