Royal homes project stood for the true essence of being Royal. Time and again, I am seeing builder of royal homes(Garudachala / Mr.Srinivas) improvising the elements of customer satisfaction be it amenities, quality, convenience to track project progress and options to choose from to make my apartment personalized. This is not my first association with Garudachala which tells for itself on the trust I have on Mr. Srinivas. I am satisfied with the value I see for the investment I made in this project. While I saw Royal homes as my investment, a day does not pass when I don’t think of making it my home(move there due to the completeness it achieved).

I have been following this builder from August 2016 when they launched Garuda Royal Homes . I was very impressed with designs and location of the project. But since builder was new in the market I had little concern whether they will complete the project in time. I waited for a year to see the progress of the project, to be very honest they have done very good job in terms of work progress and also quality. I booked 2bhk unit 1185 sft 2 days ago. Also I was told from the builder that they have increased the size of Indoor shuttle court and added convenience Store for daily needs. Is that same is communicated to u guys?
