Bad service, not trustable

Hy I am prashant kandwal I am going to review about the builder ganpati in d dun , I have purchased a land in kargi grant road in 2014 , after two year I have given a contract to ganpati builder for making a three bhk room and two guest room 1drawing room and 2 bathroom and large kitchen with attached store room , and I gave them advance money so that they can do work very fastly and efficiently , firstly they take so much time to complete the construction and when I called them for making changes they start giving issues , after somedays I have gone to there office and tell them about the changes , they applied many charges to make a change on it I refused to make changes and without sayding any word I came back after 2 month when the wirk is done only finishin is remaining they called me for more money and when I asked them why they want more money they said the prices are changed so you have give more other wise work will not done , then I gave them money for completing it , its my worst day when I hire ganpati builders for making our house . so guyz never hire this type of builder they dont know how much the value of house is for us. plz never contact them unless they only need money and they only want there profit olin any cost.
