Please don't buy property here in Gajra. You won't get receipt of anything u pay here in name of maintenance to builder. Basic necessities like water and electricity is not provided. Family living here are actually paying price for committing mistake of buying flat in Gajra. Daily too much struggle. And now TMC sealed the water supply Bec builder didn't pay property tax. Again people are left to suffer.

200 families are not getting water because GAJRA Builder has not paid property tax. around 41 lakh rs A1 ka outstanding pending hai A2 ka toh god knows and TMC sealed the drinking water at Bhoomi lawns phase1 and he is started phase2 Bhai phase1 ka toh outstanding clear Karo. guys hard-earned money hai please think before buying any property

Free open parking only, don't pay for parking, no 24×7 water supply, only tanker water and not potable too, no professional staff, if you ask any thing to them you will definitely received a threatening call

Fraud builder. Defaulted on property tax

Gajra builder has not paid property tax of Rs.41 lakhs to TMC and because of which TMC has cut water supply to Bhoomi lawns project Shilphata. Due to which all residents are suffering. Sells open parking illegally.

TMC has cut water supply of Bhoomi Lawns CHS, shilphata due to non-payment of property tax by Builder (Gajra Pvt Ltd).Why should residents suffer if builder fails to pay tax? From last 3 year people are chasing with builder for society handover, still builder not responding.
