If you are looking for a good and luxurious home, G Square Developers is not the right place for you! They are not very good with their housing projects and will never care for their residents once the house is sold. Their projects are really not good compared to other real estate companies in the country. Definitely not the right one and I will suggest not dealing with them.

Please do not book a home with G Square Developers as they are not very committed to what they say! I am having a terrible experience of living in this housing project as things here are so bad. The staff in this building do not do their job properly and the residents have to face problems because of it! Also, they do not keep the building clean, due to which there are mosquitos and other insects entering the place. Very frustrating and bad experience.

The phase when I was booking my new house with G Square Developers was a really bad experience. I had so much trouble just getting my documents processed. The team here is very slow in their work and is not customer-centric at all! Until I got possession of my home, there were so many issues that I faced because the people working here were not clear on what documentation needed to be done. They do not have the entire knowledge of things which causes so much inconvenience to the customers.

G Square really don't care about their residents.

The housing complex that I live in which was built by G Square Developers is not up to the mark. The quality of the infrastructure is also very poor and it is very disappointing to see how they are functioning. The building has so many maintenance issues and the management is not bothered to even tell the staff to fix things. I am really very frustrated with their behavior as they now really don't care about their residents.

Ask homebuyers not to associate with this builder.

G Square Developers are not very genuine and they do not stay true to their word. This builder advertises luxurious homes but it is the complete opposite. I have been trying to talk to their after-sales team regarding the home that I recently moved into but their team is very unprofessional in this manner. I made the biggest mistake of buying a house with them and I will definitely ask homebuyers not to associate with this builder.
