Worst builder with poor maintainence service.Selling low quality product at higher price becuase of no dues to authority.Selling property 5k+ sqrft but used material of 2k launching rate benchmark.Registry is open in project so builder taking benefit of that .Builder is making money by increasing CAM. Condition of towers has become worst withing 2-3 years of delivery becuase of seepage issues in all tower.From 3rd flooor onwards low quality tiles are used becuase no one goes by stairs.Lifts are not maintaned not having even secuirty check certificates.Electrical, Wire & Fire shaft are always open for some mishappening.Just delivered the project for god shake.Not even maintaing 10% of what he should.

Poor quality material used.

Ritu from CRM her behavior is so bad.

I have recently buy flat in Fusion Homes, K tower and facing lots of issue. It will be seen that even after paying everything in advance we are not getting what is promised.

   Vey poor quality.

   Lots of cracks in walls after 2-3 months

   Vey slow slow response form maintenance

   Maintenance charge increase any-time without any informing

They only know how to grab money and once you pay the entire money surprisingly the top management says they cannot do any thing handing over the possession even after registry and customer need to call only project GM WHO IS NEVER AVAILABLE ON SITE
