We can’t find the name fortune construction and white oaks properties anywhere(sudhan doesn't own anything there)
SUBJECT: FRAUD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
I, S.pushapalatha bought a flat called “AASHINYA”(3 BHK 1568ft @ a rate of 5500 rs/sq) which on the address: plot no:301, door no: 104, Second floor, 19th Street, Ashtalaskmi Nagar, Alapakkam, Chennai – 600116 mobile no:00919840255278 under my name S.pushapalatha registration done on 28th June 2017.
Before registration, I, myself and my son inspected the flat. The bathroom hasn't been finished, the lift was not completed, and no groundwater supply, we asked sudhan about this problems “ he said I will solve it as soon as possible” so I paid rupees 7 Lakhs as an advance.
I came to know sudhan by fraud broker called Mahesh Shanmuganathan mobile no: 00919941011110 who is a gym mate of my elder son. About Sudhan, he conducted a property fair in Dubai and has a Benz car(owner of that car is unknown) they itself arrange luxury car pick up “for me and my son” to show his only property in Alapakkam “now I realize it’s a new kind of trap in the property market at Chennai” having a luxury car pick up.
we asked him to do whitewash before the gruhapravesam(04 June 2017) which he failed to do, but we conducted gruhapravesam because “we don’t want to miss the auspicious day”. The excuse from sudhan’s manager harish is whitewash paint will become black after poojai, I continued the loan process.
The loan was granted to me from KVB kodambakkam branch in the middle of June 2017, I and my son carried the process of registration. We asked sudhan about pending work “he said pending work can be completed in two days(my team will work day and night)”
On registration day(28 June 2017) sudhan manager Harish said the same thing “the work can be completed in two days”, so I, myself said to him “I, myself and my family are moving on 30th June 2017”. So we called packer and movers and reached the property on 30th June “not even a single work is done” can you imagine a 3 BHK flat not even without a single bathroom, how can a family stay there.
So my second son called sudhan on a phone “this is you're a fault and pay for our hotel accommodation” sudhan immediately said ”no I won’t pay”, I paid a 93.75 lakhs for a flat without bathroom. I, myself and my two sons where stay in a hotel for 10 days at cost of 30,000 rupees.
After 10 days “we returned to the property” they completed only two bathrooms and whitewashed the flat, and still kitchen without a sink. The kitchen sink was completed after next 10 days, until this date 23 JAN 2018 one of our bathrooms is not completed, lift construction has not started, no groundwater supply, my eldest son asked sudhan in phonecall “when will you complete all these works” sudhan replied with swearing words in Tamil. We are still buying water from lorry trucks. In this property we have 4 tenants including myself, we are spending around 6000 rupees every month for water along.
Latest Situation at every flat in this properties is water seepage and cracks everywhere for this small amount of rain.
No Metro Water and sewage connection to this property.
Everybody buy a house to lead a peacefully life after seeing Fortune construction, white oaks properties owner sudhan and fraud broker like Mahesh your life turns into hell.
I’m creating social awareness about this cheating construction company.
