Taking a Plot in Butterfly city is worst decision

I have taken plot in butterfly city grand extension on 9th Oct 2020.

When I took partially property paths are aligned. At the time of taking they said like, project will be completed in 6 months but it's been 18 months but still that project is not t all moved bit. Even I can see my plot is Layout only but not in the property. Not only this site remaining all the sites are like this only. They will show initial butterfly city which has constructed houses and all and sell remining sites. But After taking there will no development, but they are somehow managing with the registration. They sells the property high cost as per the name of development and after taking it their will be no use.
