Fortuna Constructions, Bangalore

This is Aakanksha, Marketing Manager at Fortuna Constructions I Pvt Ltd. I came across few complaints where the customers are confused between fortuna constructions and fortuna projects. On behalf of the company, I want to clarify that both the above mentioned companies are two different entities and are inno way related. please refer to fortuna constructions by our logo given.

I booked my flat with fortuna constructions with impression that they have better quality & transparent approach. But after overall dealing with them it was such a bad experience that I cancelled my plan to book another flat with them. I will probably regret my decision to buy flat with fortuna constructions  for long long time.

1) Financial transactions/experiences are worst than small builders

2) Quality of flat is compromised & not adhered to the agreement

3) No interest paid even for the delay of 1.5 yrs

4) Staff is extremely arrogant & poor services

5) Where customer has to follow the rules they are very strict & authortive, but where they are suppose to support customer, they treat like tenants. Believe me friends you will never feel like you own the flat in fortuna constructions, It is always the feeling of tenant. I never had such a bad experience with my rented house.

6) Overall "Nam bade aur danshar khote"

My personal experience is very bad & I will never recommend fortuna constructions to any of my friends. Even if someone is buying I will say please be careful on money matters, time & quality of your flat. It's no more feeling than in Jail. Also, there are many hiden costs & very high maintenance compared to Magarpatta

I have seen all their documents for their project as because Imy father-in-law is ann advocate and took one project of thiers.em happy with the progress work going.technical and marketing employees have good knowledge of all the queries we had for the flats and we were fully satisfied with them.

amenities provided by them for complete a projects are very good and hope so it will be good for us too.all the best fortuna

To own a house is the best feeling any body have because nobody buy house for one year or for a decade. It stays for years and years with generations to come.

It was never a easy decision for me and my husband for buying an apartment. In due course of one year extensive search, finally we bought with Fortuna Constructions.

They have delivered it perfectly with well equipped facilities and amenities. The finishing touches the first quality and our family was way relished staying here. We gave only the committed money which was worth the quality and place of location.

Now for one year society is well maintained by the management and it's a package of peace and pleasure staying here.
