Fern Valley, Cochin

We've booked a flat at Fern Aristocrat Cochin on May 2010 when the structure was almost completed Fern Valley Group Bangalore and almost stuck with them for two years(their promised dates exceeded as per the agreement) to get the flat ready on hand even after paying most of the money.

After all this long delay we started to live in the flat December  2013 believing all external work like second lift, car parking, rooftop swimming pool, club room, centralised gas etc. will be ready in few weeks time, as told by their office bearers.

But till today(May 2 2014) all my hope are totally collapsing, nothing moved much still except the car parking. What I wish point out here is this builder is not all a credible or professionally serious guy, to do this job and be careful to deal with them.

If they can play with their customers for years to get the service delivered when we paid for it fully, you can imagine what kind of Business Standard is followed by this company!
