We took the opportunity and today I am feeling we done a great job. The best thing in building is he didn’t waste the spaces full utilisation of each space.

We didn’t go for high quality building as we cannot afford that. So we are satisfied with the builders, most important we don’t have water problem. Good deal in good price.

I have been trying to get a residence of my choice for a long time. After a lot of searching and researching, we came upon Favourite Homes. This is my third home and personally, I feel nobody has instilled this sense of confidence in us. Their project ideas are fresh, innovative and up to date. The lifestyle amenities that they provide are also an extravaganza. Another thing that I really admire about Favourite Homes is their sense of commitment towards customer satisfaction. Any complaint/ query is solved effectively and also taken up by the builders. The amenities that they provide are also reflective of a community lifestyle that they urge from us, as residents. They aim to create a community that will nurture, nourish and support each other.

Recently finalized a 3BHK in one of their high end project& was impressed with the project location, design& model flat. Everything is so thoroughly thought, designed, planned& executed for a varied lifestyle. I mostly recommend to favourite Homes to everyone. Because they were so prompt and responsible service towards all queries related to the project.

And the documentation and the registration part is very clear. We had no problem in doing business with Favourite Homes. Its good as the workers do the ground work most of the time, they might make mistakes, but once reported they attend immediately and performs the work to your satisfaction.

I have associated with Favourite Homes through the booking of Blue Nile Luxury Villas, which was one of their premium project at Kazhakuttam – Trivandrum

My throughout experience since booking the flat to till so far is really so positive. They are very transparent to each and every documentation and terms/conditions.

Interactions to the client from the builder end are very much supportive for even a small thing. They are very supportive to fulfill the customer needs w.r.t small alterations in flat or something else.

Favourite Homes is a really one of the genuine and best builders available in Trivandrum and I would like to recommend Favourite Homes to the people who are looking for any flat purchase in Trivandrum.

I am planning to buy a flat in The Bellevue, Mukkola, Trivandrum, I saw so many comments in Mouthshut and I decided to go and see whats the fact in Favourite Home's apartments and last week I have visited to The Bellevue Apartments which is in Mukkola, itseems the builder has completed the almost works. My experience with Favourite Homes previously was very excellent. That is why I am preferring the same builder again.

As every one knows how difficult now a days it is to get a good quality construction where we invest our whole life savings and by end of the day if the same does not satisfy our expectation then we feel cheated. After lot of home work and consulting various builders recently finalized and booked a flat in PEBBLE GARDENS, Njandoorkonam. I had visited the construction site many times before finalizing. Construction quality was up to the standard as promised by the builder. Very nice location calm and also good water bed. Compared to other builders the cost sheet is very reasonable and economical. I am satisfied with the construction pace

I am happy with my decision to purchase in Favourite Homes. I have purchased a 3bhk apartment in Dream Castle, Near Technopark. The apartment was well furnished plus spacious also. I am pretty happy with this project of Favourite Homes. I had advised my neighbors relatives to buy from Favourite Homes only as apartments rates are very affordable. Talking about ambiance, it’s the perfect environment to bring up the kids and to live a good life.

We have purchased a flat in the Blue Nile, Kazhakuttam. Its location is good and provides luxury features. The appartments are too good. They looks very fantastic from inside . They have 24 hours electricity facility. the water supply is also good and gives us clean water. The flats are also in the mid range. The view of the range is good. We are happy that we are living in such a good flats and recommed this builder for people who are looking for quality service and work.

Before finalizing on Spring Fields Villas, Kazhakuttam - we visited at least 10 different villas from different builders. Our exceptions were very high, finding a house that is liked by family was never possible, all the fights in the family ended when we visited Spring Fields Villas. We liked the Villa architecture, specifications, amenities and the best part was the children's play area. Space utilized within the flat and the common area is very good. We are very satisfied and happy that we invested in FAVOURITE HOMES.

I recently booked an Apartment with Favourite Homes builders at their new project Dew Drops, Luxury Apartments, Near PMG – Trivandrum. The staff is very friendly. Good to find a project with such amenities and vastu compliance .Compared to other projects have visited in the surrounding location, I can say this is the most value for money project. Breath taking views and unique ameneties. Really looking forward to staying here. Must visit if you are working in the surroundings or looking

There are many good apartments build by Favourite Homes and they are doing a nice job in this area. It seems to me that they are going great. I liked thier regular followup with the customers on any problems faced. The Golden Cascade near kazhakuttom is good little cheaper for middle class people who can't go for so high price that they can't afford. There is enough information available in their office and also bankers are their to help you understand your expenses month on month
