The fact that the company has a history of delivering homes on time, made us go in with Favourite Homes topped. Our search for a peaceful and quiet home took us to Pothencode on the outskirts of the city. We zeroed in on Irish Isle by Favourite Homes because it was constructed with superior quality materials and styled in a contemporary design to suit the weather in Kerala. The design is subtly luxurious and minimalist yet maximizing the space and comfort. Will recommend Favourite Homes to friends and family.

After conducting a reasonable inquiry about apartments which are close to Technopark, but at the same time away from the heart of the city. Decided to go with Pine County at Nalanchira. This apartment was located, in a way where I had easy accessibility to all parts of the city. This was important, being a sales professional I was constantly traveling, while also having friends and family visiting me during holidays. Having essential utilities and amenities included with the apartment was an added bonus. Happy with my choice. It fulfills my needs of a second home.

Was on the lookout for a home, suitable for my 5 member family. Irish Isle by Favourite homes, had everything which I was looking for, 4 bedroom Villa with the necessary amenities, a lush green landscape for the children and a good community to live in. Favorite Homes adopted by suggestions for the interiors design and color choices for the kid's rooms, and was very accommodating of my busy schedule through this whole process. Most of all, the finished product was as described and delivered not a day too early. Thoroughly satisfied with the choice I have made.

Now that's a great place to Stay. What an alluring My visit to India with family from US will be always remember this time, Great Hospitality and courteous. I strongly recommend Favorite Homes. The staffs will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The property is located in Pattom(If I am not wrong), Apartments . The city of Trivandrum is easily accessible using any media of transport. Right near the buzz of the city! you will feel right at home staying at this residence. We won't regret opting to stay there and I recommend it 100%. I will soon be back again to visit the place and the comfort stay.

Its been a really good experience with favourite homes. I was forced to leave my Ancestral home and I made a research about all the builders before purchasing a new one. The sales dept of favourite homes was transparent and gave all the details. They even took me to the site and explained about the materials they use and quality of work.
