Not trustworthy and once you book this property you will be having nightmares because this place does not have the amenities and facilities that they promised and you will have a tough time here because even electricity and water supply is not available properly!

Motorist paying wrongly

There have been many cases where it has become highly unacceptable since the motorists are required to pre-pay a hefty amount for the time the vehicle is not used motorists often end up paying for time they don’t actually use, and if they guess wrong they face a fine.

Many of the currently living residential members have been cringing about the prices of the properties up surging with high prices since the past few years now. The salary cuts have further contributed to the slow down in the sales and the purchase rates of some of the most premium projects.

We cannot use the common area

We do not get to use the areas that are build for common use like the terrace because the secreatary never gives us the keys to the terrace, but when it comes to his family and a few friends that he has made in the building then he has no objection! We have complained so many times, but to no avail!

Small house

The area of the house is really small! They were trying to sell us a 3 BHK house which has the carpet area of 2 BHK at really high rate, but thankfully we have an idea about carpet areas, so we did not buy the house!
