Invested in Expat Halcyon project in 2011 with promise of handover/registration by end-2012. Now we are reaching end-2018(six years past the due date) and Expat never handed over the plot on due date nor refunded a penny till date despite repeated requests, phone calls and mails.

Commencing legal action against them shortly.

One advice - DO NOT fall for their promises and sweet words ever. Instead, check their reviews online first.
