We Invested in our retirement home with Expat properties at Vida 1 at Khatamba Plateau in Panjim Goa in 2014, Yes there were a few delays & doubts but by God's Gracewe have registered our flat in November 2018 & we got possession of our flat(Vida 1 L-101)in January 2019.

We have 24 hours water & the piped gas connections are complete & gas release should be within a month or so.

We have completed all our interior & furnishings for our home & will be shifting permanently by the end of March 2019.Looking forward to this move.

Was a pleasant surprise to see almost 30 families who have got possession & have started living in they new homes. The other surprise was to see some shops at the project started service.
