Exotica Housing forwarded a letter of last date of payment as 14th December 2016. When I approached the company in October 2016 for payment, there was no one to attend me. In December 2016 again the same issue then I approached the site, where the possession Manager refused as the complete materials are yet to come. Company officials were not accepting payment from the financial company even, India Bulls. In the month of March 2017, I, forcefully made India Bulls cheque accepted. I wanted the possession before July 2017, as I wanted before my son's school reopening, I required to shift to Exotica Dreamville from Dwarka Delhi; should start living at my place.
I was given a Possession letter in May 2017 from I wanted my occupancy certificate, I shifted in a rented apartment in Exotica Dreamville. Infrequent visits to the office there was only one work DID YOU HAD APPOINTMENT?
After more than 30 visits to the office, I had a meeting with the Associate Director who forwarded me as due to delay in payment and fine was imposed on me. Then when I went for registration, they refused to register. After a lot of efforts with the help of police I got my property registered. in May 2018. But, they started charges maintenance and power, DG from Februrary 2017. Where they two times payment, but, never gave any invoices.
Then on 9th of October 2018, Dinesh Jain hit me along with security supervisor of Collier the maintenance company engaged by them. But, there was no CCTV footage forwarded by Collier, This is a complete unsafte place
