Evergreen Infrastructure, Amritsar

Evergreen Infrastructure builders are not a perfect infrastructure developers. I booked there services at amritsar for the re-construction and renovation of the house. They booked my order and call me to get there advance payments.

As I renovating the house for the marriage purpose of my sister so I think it is good to make them early payment so that they can start with there work, so I make 50% of total payment as an advance. But I am not aware about the poor and non expert staff.

The staff member of this developers are very lazy and totally not expert in there work. They even doesn't know how to start the work. I complaint about this but they ignored and always send the same workers. The behaviour of the staff is very rude. But I am not able to do anything as I have made half of my payment.

This will lead to a situation at which they are not able to complete there work upto the date of marriage. So I have book a resort which will cost be double.

Finally I will say that this developers are the poorest developers who doesn't know how to work, there customer services are very poor .

Hello everyone, this evergreen infrastructure provide everything related with land like house, plot etc but these builders are so expensive at all these builders in amritsar and these builders have took a big part of land like in acres of land and it does not matter for him if that land in dispute and some issues and others these builders take a big part of land in acres and make planning for cut a plots for people and plots rates are very high and expensive at all only some people can bought that plots if you bought a home from that then there is no sevarage and good streets and basic facilities in that colony at all and I think these are not good builders.
