Contacted Mr Daniel several times over a few months about a proposed JV. While he promised to visit the site and provide feedback on a Friday, he never did.

Since he might have had an emergency, patiently waited for a week. Nothing from him.

Sent a detailed email to the address provided on their website with all info of the history of conversations and deafening silence from Mr Daniel.

Once again, zero response to the email. No replies, no calls, nothing!

If this is how they treat customers at the honeymoon proposal stage, I wonder how worse it can become later.

Now close to finalising with another builder.

Be ultra cautious with this non-responsive firm.

We made the right choice by choosing Etica Developers.

Our experience with Etica Developers was above and beyond our expectations. They made everything so easy. The customer care representative was so impressive. The solution to all aspects like home loans etc. were provided in one place so we could be sure all of our choices. Our Etica Developers consultant explained all of the standard features and possible upgrades. I can’t express how stress free and easy the process was to select our features and build our home. It went so smoothly, we knew we made the right choice by choosing Etica Developers. The service, standard features and commitment to quality was great. We have booked our second flat as well with them and the journey so far is better and consistent. Also I have referred my friends and relatives for their projects, coz of my great experience with them.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing an apartment from Etica Developers. I must say that my encounter with them left a bitter taste. Their deceptive practices and failure to stick to their words have greatly disappointed me. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the untrustworthiness of this builder.

To begin with, Etica Developers fell short in their adherence to the agreed-upon scope of work. So prior to your purchase make sure all your agreed upon demands are met otherwise they easily ghost you and play a dirty game.

Moreover, the level of communication from Etica Developers was abysmal. We were forced to pay many hidden charges which were not communicated at all.

They showed a blatant disregard for our concerns and failed to provide satisfactory solutions to the issues we raised. It became increasingly evident that their customer service was lacking, and they were more interested in making false promises than providing quality support.

I strongly advise potential clients to exercise caution before considering Etica Developers for their projects, as their deception and unreliability is a cause for concern.
