Era Landmarks, Faridabad

We have booked one 2BHK Flat in Era Divine Court Faridabad Sec 76. The possession year was 2014 but till date the constructions is totally stop after making 2 floors. How this builder has cheated many people even he did not have valid licence to make this property. It is also strange that this builder has not received NOC from Govt. Finally most the the buyers filed a legal case on the firm. The owner of the company saying he does not have money to make this building but how the same organization is making flats in other cities? Now they have changed their name Era Landmarks to ADEL Landmarks. This builder is cheating their buyers.
