Emami is not giving possession till date

Review On Emami Swan Lake

Agreement of sale was signed in August 2011...possession date was 31 December 2012....Till date (January 2015) no possession given by Emami

Till date no penalty (Rs 5 per square feet per month) amount paid by Emami. Poor quality product by the builder

Till date no mail received from Emami. I am talking about 4 years.

Big promises by builder and no effort to resolve issues.
