The maintenance fee at this place is really high and they do not give us the amenities and facilities that are needed so I am wondering why the maintenance fee is so high.

The nearby land area has been constantly losing out in two ways- by raising charges that is employed to ensure more construction and the other been having zero open space. Private funds are not used adequately to manage the private space and that created a backlog.
The maintenance charges are high.

Neither the builder not developer is taking interest in the project because of which the project has been stalled since a time that is beyond okay. They have taken 90 % advance from us and this is what they do, which is absolutely sad.
The construction is not made well!

There are many case where the agents find it very difficult to sell the property since the property requires a lot of repairs and decorating that needs to eb taken care of and Is not timely paid heed to from the vendors end.

There are many cases where the builders have been known to be very prestigious but since the same bunch have a large set of inventory on their head which they are generally trying to get rid off in the first place, it is the projects from these builders that is seen facing serious threats.
