Inordinate delays in completion of projects

Review On Emaar MGF, Gurgaon

Delivery of projects is not in  time. as per Agreement.

Palm Drive and Emerald Hills residential projects in Gurgaon  are already delayed by about 3 years.

Their customer services department give stereo

type of reasons for such inordinate delays. There is no firm commitment  towards its customers

They stop the construction at site without giving any justifiable reasons .Construction activities at Emerald hills Project in sector 65 Gurgaon have been suspended since January 2015 but ironically they do not communicate with customers in transparent manner for such suspensions of works at site.
