In one word - nightmare!

Project delays . Worst customer service experience . No body is willing to think in solutions . Instead of concentrating on construction, they simply make your life living hell!

2 years long, paid the fee, they will not cooperate on an administrative issue. Staff keeps leaving, no ownership . No one really cares .

They keep losing documents, requests . When you make a call back request they never call back. They do everything to avoid you. Worst mistake of my life to put my hard earned money with them
