There are cracks in the ceiling of our houses and the fittings are not well done so no matter how the property looks from outside do not waste your money here because a lot of your time will get wasted fixing all these things later.

Not so great living conditions

Since the area where they reside is located near the slum and the particular hygiene factor is dismissed, it leaves an impression on the buyers that the builder is not so keen at lending the properties at good conditions. This has led to many people to look out for flats outside of the current location.

No electricity supply or water supply.

We hardly get any electricity supply at this place since we are thr first few ones to shift. They told us that everything is ready for us, which is why we came and this is what we get. I do not like that they make a lot of flase promises. Half of the amenities that they promised us are not available and it really annoys me.

Construction not safe near the metro

The construction and the built up of metro is not safe for the nearby residential apartment members, since the entrances to the stations are being constructed on busy and congested roads. This may further add onto the congestion. This has to be taken care of seriously before it incurs any loss.

There are almost limited to no adequate foreign funding sources as a result of which today many of the underdeveloped equity and debt markets also pose a challenge for the Indian real estate. This needs to change so as to overcome many of the challenges faced.
